Michele Gladner Controller Mrs. Gladner is the wife of Marc S. Gladner and handles all accounting for the firm. Mrs. Gladner is the in-house investigator, and performs skip traces for our clients. |

Sara Muñoz Paralegal/Office Manager Mrs. Muñoz is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Gladner and has been employed with the firm since May 1999. She holds a degree in Paralegal studies. She currently handles all new incoming files, correspondence with clients and managerial duties around the office. |

Edwin Flores Paralegal Mr. Flores has been with the firm since February 2006. He holds a degree in Paralegal Studies. He currently handles trial and/or hearing work including discovery work and witness location. Mr. Flores is bi-lingual, and does collection work for those who speak only Spanish. |

Ramiro Muñoz Paralegal Mr. Muñoz has been with the firm since November 2002. He holds a degree in Paralegal Studies. He currently handles collection accounts, and trial preparation. |

Christopher Peterson Legal Assistant Mr. Peterson has been with the firm since October 2005. He currently handles all the setting of dates and calendar for trial and/or hearings. He also handles garnishment files and is in contact with the employees and employers being garnished by our firm. |

Thomas Neal Legal Assistant Mr. Neal has been with the firm since August 2000. He currently handles all non-subrogation legal support, as well as providing subrogation legal support. |

Crystal Stewart Legal Assistant Ms. Stewart has been with our office since September 2003. She currently is the direct assistant to Mr. Gladner and handles all of our process servers in and out of county as well as trial preparation support. |

Christina Planalp Paralegal Ms. Planalp has been with the firm since August 2006. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies. She is responsible for opening new files, processing service invoices, and other legal support. |

Elizabeth Jimenez Receptionist/Secretary Ms. Jimenez has been with the firm since March of 2011. Ms. Jimenez is bilingual, and handles speaking defendant’s who speak only Spanish, in addition to her reception and secretarial duties. |
