How to Make Payments

Please read below before you make any payments as each section explains how to make your monthly payments, settlement payment, or paying the judgment in full.

Monthly Payments

You can make your monthly payments by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, debit card, credit card, cash, E-checking and Smokeball. Below are instructions on how to make monthly payments using the said methods. PLEASE READ BECAUSE IF YOU PAY INCORRECTLY, IT CAN RESULT IN FURTHER LEGAL ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST YOU WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

Personal check, money order, cashier check:

When you pay by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, you must make it payable to Crosby & Gladner, P. C. and you can either mail or drop off your payment at our office. The address is 1930 South Alma School Road, Ste. D-206, Mesa, Arizona 85210. NO RECEIPT IS PROVIDED IF YOU MAIL IN THE PAYMENT. RECEIPT IS ONLY PROVIDED IF PAID IN THE OFFICE.

Debit Card:

When you pay by debit card, you can pay online or in our office and you are only allowed to pay up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) and there is a service charge you must add to each of your transactions of fifteen dollars ($15.00). Failure to add the fifteen dollars ($15.00) will result in a partial payment as the service charge will be taken out from your payment. Please note if you make a payment over one thousand dollars ($1,000) it will automatically be refunded to you minus our fees to process the transaction.

Credit Card:

When you pay by credit card, you can pay online or in our office and there is no limit to the amount you are allowed to pay with a credit card, but any payment over one thousand dollars ($1,000) must be accompanied by pre-authorized paperwork and must be done in our office, as you are not allowed to pay online for any amount over one thousand dollars ($1,000). A 3% surcharge will be added automatically for credit card payment, and you will not need to add it yourself.

E-Checking:

When you pay by E-checking, which is only done online, you’re only allowed to pay up to one thousand dollars ($1,000). A 1% surcharge will be added automatically for an e checking payment, and you will not need to add it yourself.

Also, you are allowed to set up recurring payments if you wish by e-checking but must call our office and speak with Ramiro at (602) 274-0835 to finalize the recurring payment once you set it up.

Cash:

When you pay by cash, there is no limit to the amount you are allowed to pay but must be made in our office and a receipt is provided.

Settlement Payments / Judgement In Full

You can make your settlement payment and pay the judgment in full by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, credit card, and cash. Below are instructions on how to make settlement payments or pay judgment in full by using the said methods. PLEASE READ BECAUSE IF YOU PAY INCORRECTLY, IT CAN RESULT IN FURTHER LEGAL ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST YOU WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

Personal check, money order, cashier check:

When you pay Settlement or Judgment in full by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, you must make it payable to Crosby & Gladner, P. When you pay Settlement of Judgment in full by credit card, you can pay online or in our office and there is no limit to the amount you are allowed to pay with a credit card, but any payment over one thousand dollars ($1,000) must be accompanied by pre authorized paperwork and must be done in our office, as you are not allowed to pay online for any amount over one thousand dollars ($1,000). Cash:

When you pay Settlement or Judgment in full by cash (MUST BE EXACT AMOUNT AS WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OVER WHAT IS OWED NOR GIVE CHANGE), there is no limit to the amount you are allowed to pay but must be made in our office and a receipt is provided. However, you must call and make an appointment to pay the settlement by cash at (602) 274-0835. The reason for the appointment is to give our office time to draft the Satisfaction of Judgment as you will receive a copy of the satisfaction of judgment during your appointment. If your license and vehicle registration is suspended or was suspended, you will be provided with a letter with instructions on how to reinstate them.
